Terms of Service

1. Service Description

UseNull provides an SDK-compatible AI API proxy service with account-based authentication, model routing, usage reporting, and subscription billing.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, including:

  • Violating applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, limits, or abuse safeguards.
  • Operating attacks, malware distribution, or service disruption attempts.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
  • You must keep keys confidential and rotate/revoke compromised keys immediately.
  • You must provide accurate billing and account information.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Paid plans are subscription-based and auto-renew unless canceled.
  • Overage usage is billed monthly according to your active plan and pricing.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Availability

Service is provided on a best-effort basis at launch. No uptime SLA is guaranteed for V1.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime through billing controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or terms violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseNull is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
